As machined

This finish leaves the surface directly from the CNC machine, providing a cost-effective option with visible tool marks.

Sanding & Polishing

This process smooths the surface by removing tool marks, resulting in a refined finish with varying levels of gloss and texture.

Sand, Bead Blasted

This process creates a uniform, matte texture by propelling fine abrasive particles onto the surface, removing imperfections and tool marks.

Painted

Powder coat

CNC Machining Tolerances

 

Jili’s standard tolerance is applied to ISO 2768 (medium) for machined plastic and ISO 2768 (fine) for machined metals. Typically, we can hold a CNC machining tolerance ±0.05mm. If tighter tolerances are required, a 2D drawing with complete information will be necessary. Our engineering team will communicate with you the critical dimensional tolerances and provide the highest degree of precision possible.
