These foot pads are load-bearing contact components for humanoid robots. The client requires flexible TPU parts to absorb impact, stabilize walking posture and reduce vibration during robot movement. Adjustable hardness enables adaptation to different walking scenarios and weight load requirements. We deliver customized TPU injection molded foot pads with integrated reinforcing grid structure.

- High hardness (80A–90A): High rigidity, suitable for heavy-load robot platforms
3.2 Mold Design & Injection Molding
Custom precision injection mold for the grid-structured foot pad. Optimized flow channel design ensures uniform material filling for thin & thick sections. Stabilized temperature and pressure parameters control shrinkage and prevent warpage of flexible TPU workpieces.
3.3 Structural Design Advantages
Internal triangular reinforcing lattice improves load distribution. The patterned surface enhances friction to prevent slippage when the robot walks on flat ground. Reserved mounting holes ensure quick assembly.
